Each year in April Innovation Living introduces new sofa designs to the stocked, quick ship collection, and moves discontinued models into the inventory clearance sale section ;) And this year is no different. We loved what sofas were introduced this past year but now they have taken sleeper sofa design to another level. Let's take a look at what's new unless you already took a dive into the sale section.

Killian Dual Sofa

The Killian is a move towards the more traditional looking pull out couch that unfolds itself forward into a queen size mattress. What sets it apart is the mechanism design allowing the mattress to fold flat. More on that below as we get to the description of the Eivor. Often times unfolding couches don't fold entirely flat and while you can convince yourself upon initial review that it will be fine in the long term, we've all had sleepless nights wondering why we made such a decision. Comfort is a function of flatness in this case, and the Killian is as comfortable as it gets.

Available in 2 stocked fabrics, the new 579 gravel is warm, sophisticated and timeless while being durable enough to hold up with daily use. Fabric samples are available upon request.

Eivor Dual Sofa

Oh hey Eivor, we see you! There's something about a loveseat with rounded arms and a bench cushion seating that makes a piece as nice to look at as it is to interact with. The entire Innovation Living collection boasts dual functionality and classic Danish Design, and the Eivor combines these traits to perfection. If you are short on space and prefer the playful design sensibilities of MCM furniture, look no further.

We have developed further on the functional principle of our Bed Inside and for the first time we are introducing this functionality principle to the US market. We have added multiple styles, as well as introducing a new comfortable Dual Memory mattress. The Dual Memory mattress is reversible and equipped with two comfort levels – foam and memory foam respectively. The mattress comes with a removeable and washable cover. The Bed Inside sofa beds are easy to assemble and disassemble. The transformation from a stylish sofa into a comfortable bed is all done in one smooth move and the integrated back cushion will hide neatly under the frame when converted into a bed.

Do you prefer a firm or soft mattress for sleeping?

How about the option to have both? We just answered a question with a question, so here are the details that make the Eivor and Killian a sleeper sofa revelation.

The Dual Memory mattress features two comforts in one as the mattress is reversible with one side consisting of an 3 1/4" high density foam whilst the other side consists of 1 1/2" Oeko-Tex certified memory foam. Whether you prefer soft or firm comfort this mattress offers both. Further, the cover is removable and can be washed at 140˚F / 60˚C.
