Shipping and Delivery
Outside delivery is available for all orders with minimal thresholds made available based on your delivery address. Want it installed? We have options!
We'll confirm delivery details with you and request info on any special considerations once your order is finalized. There are two options for delivery services offered at checkout:
White Glove Delivery - Placing delivery items within the home with unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal services included. White Glove is offered at checkout with variable pricing depending on your delivery address and order size. Want to confirm delivery details prior to placing your order? Contact us with your delivery address and which piece you are interested in. Upgrades to White Glove can also be made with us after checkout.
In the event that White Glove is considered impossible upon arrival, Outside Delivery may result. The customer is solely responsible if White Glove delivery is not possible.
Standard Free Delivery - Means outside delivery. Outside delivery involves product in cartons or on a pallet placed curbside, in your driveway or near your garage. Our customers often choose this service, especially with the Innovation sofa collection. Some of our items are available for drop ship via FedEx/UPS and will be confirmed when you place your order. Delivery companies are not able to store items. Tracking info is made available upon shipment.
Buyer assumes all risks associated with stairways, doorways, elevators, etc. before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Contact us with your delivery address to confirm delivery details.
If your order arrives incomplete or in any way damaged, we will work with you and the delivery service to promptly resolve the matter.
