Outside delivery is included at no cost on all orders.  Want it installed?  We have options!

We'll confirm delivery details with you and request info on any special considerations once your order is finalized.  There are two options for delivery services offered at checkout:

White Glove Delivery - Placing delivery items within the home with unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal services included.  White Glove is included with most Special Orders (custom orders with lead times) and in some cases at checkout depending on your delivery address.  Want to confirm delivery details prior to placing your order? Contact us with your delivery address and which piece you are interested in. Upgrades to White Glove can also be made with us after checkout.

Standard Free Delivery - Included delivery with Quick Ship collections often means outside delivery.  Outside delivery involves product on a palette placed curbside, in your driveway or near your garage.  Our customers often choose this service, especially with the Innovation sofa collection. Some of our Quick Ship items are available for drop ship via FedEx/UPS and will be confirmed when you place your order.  Quick Ship delivery companies are not able to store items.  Although seldom delivery fees could be incurred if stored for more than 1-2 weeks. Upgrades to White Glove Delivery can be made available upon placing your order for your consideration, providing more delivery flexibility with expanded storage times available.

In the event that White Glove is considered impossible upon arrival, Outside Delivery may result.  If your order arrives incomplete or in any way damaged, we will work with you and the delivery service to promptly resolve the matter.
