Standard Delivery is available for all orders with minimal thresholds made available based on your delivery address. Standard Delivery means outside delivery or in some cases just inside the door.

Installing your order inside your home is called White Glove Delivery. You can request a quote for White Glove in the the Notes section in your cart or by selecting Request White Glove Delivery Quote at checkout. We'll confirm your order and delivery details a provide you a quote ready for checkout.
White Glove Delivery - Placing delivery items within the home with unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal services included. Want to confirm delivery details prior to placing your order? Contact us with your delivery address and which piece you are interested in. Upgrades to White Glove can also be made with us after checkout.
In the event that White Glove is considered impossible upon arrival, outside Standard Delivery may result. The customer is solely responsible if White Glove delivery is not possible.
Standard Delivery - Means outside delivery. Outside delivery involves product in cartons or on a pallet placed curbside, in your driveway or near your garage. Our customers often choose this service. Tracking info is made available upon shipment.
Buyer assumes all risks associated with stairways, doorways, elevators, etc. before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. Contact us with your delivery address to confirm delivery details.
If your order arrives incomplete or in any way damaged, we will work with you and the delivery service to promptly resolve the matter.
