What happens when your purchase doesn't work out?
Due to the customized nature of most orders, your purchase funds will be authorized only and processed after we confirm the details of your order including lead time and delivery.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of being placed online. After the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are offered at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Unfortunately most orders (California residents see below) are non-refundable after the cancellation window has passed. In the event that your particular case allows us to offer a refund, the shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be in condition they arrived and in the original packaging. Restocking and processing fees may apply up to 25% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse all refund requests, however we promise to work with you based on the unique circumstance of your order to pursue a viable solution.
California Customers
Customers in California may have the option to return pieces to our showroom. These scenarios must be agreed to at purchase. Not all items can be returned. We have delivery teams traveling weekly from LA to SF and can arrange for pick up. It is the customer's responsibility to return items in new condition and in their packaging.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, missing, or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange, contact us with photos of the defective or damaged area. We suggest you do not reject a delivery upon arrival without documenting it on the BOL and taking photos first.
Warranties
Warranties are provided by each manufacturer and may vary from company to company. We can provide the warranty info upon selection of certain items.
