Trade Source Furniture Delivery Made Easy to Understand
At Trade Source, we make furniture shopping the fun part, and everything else easy.
Narrowing the fabric, comparing frames, holding two finishes up against the light from your dining room window, that is the part worth lingering over. Everything after it is our job.
Your furniture may begin its journey in a workshop outside Antwerp or an atelier in Lombardy. Getting it from there to the exact spot you pictured is a long way, and we have built our delivery around making that last stretch effortless.
Our Furniture Delivery Policy
White glove delivery is free on large furniture.
Sofas and sectionals, dining tables, desks, TV stands, sideboards, and storage. Included at checkout, at no charge, with no upgrade fee and no tier to buy up into.
Standard delivery is free on orders over $500
anywhere in the contiguous United States,
and free on every order delivered within California
with no minimum at all. Threshold and Room of Choice Delivery can be included once we review your order.
Smaller pieces ride along. Dining chairs, stools, coffee tables, and side tables ship standard delivery on their own — but when they travel with a large piece on the same order, the crew places and unpacks those too. Order the dining table and the chairs together and the entire room is set up in a single visit.
Furniture Delivery Definitions
Standard delivery leaves your order at the curb, in the driveway, or near the garage, still in its carton. Everything after that — lifting, unpacking, assembling, hauling away the packaging — belongs to you.
Threshold delivery moves it inside front door, still in cartons and unassembled.
Room-of-choice delivery delivers your order to the room you designate, but stops short of unpacking and assembly .
White glove delivery is the full service: in-home placement in the exact spot you choose, complete unpacking, assembly to the manufacturer's specification, and removal of every scrap of packaging.
Making Delivery Day Easy
A little preparation goes a long way. Measure your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators, including the diagonal clearance on tight turns, and clear a path by moving smaller furniture and rolling up rugs.
Then tell us what we should know whether it is a narrow hallway, a hard turn at the top of a staircase, a building that requires a loading dock reservation. Confirm these details when you place your order to get the best delivery experience.
One More Thing
Orders delivered outside California are not charged sales tax, which on an investment-level purchase is a meaningful difference rather than a rounding error.
