It was excellent. I'd never heard of this company before but everything went smoothly. They even called after I placed the order to make sure I'd noticed that delivery would take 12-14 weeks (items had to be shipped from Italy). I did know, but appreciated the call anyway. The chairs are gorgeous and were well-worth the wait, especially since the price from this company was significantly cheaper than Bloomingdale's.
