How quick does Calligaris furniture ship?

Lead time to most of the country is 2-3 weeks for furniture in the Calligaris Quick Ship Catalog, with 3-4 weeks to the West Coast to be safe. For custom finishes made in Italy the lead time is 8 weeks to ship, plus the delivery timeframes above. If you choose COM (Customer's Own Material) or MTO (Made To Order) options, please add an additional 4 weeks.

Is white glove delivery and assembly included?
