Shipping policy

There are two levels of delivery services available:

Standard Delivery - This means outside delivery. Outside delivery involves product in cartons placed curbside, in the driveway, near your front door or loading dock area at an apartment building. Our customers often choose this service. Tracking info will be made available upon shipment. Delivery companies are not able to store items.

Often times Threshold or Room of Choice delivery is included too. We need to see the order and the delivery address to approve.

White Glove Delivery - Placing items within the home with unpacking, light assembly, and debris removal services included. White Glove is often included on Special Orders and in some cases at checkout depending on your location and order volume.

In the event that White Glove delivery is considered impossible upon arrival, Outside Delivery may result. If your order arrives incomplete or in any way damaged, we will work with you and the delivery service to promptly resolve the matter.

PLEASE NOTE: Any visible damage to the cartons on arrival should be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) the freight company has you sign. Failure to do so may affect the ability to replace damaged items.
