Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of most orders, your purchase funds will be authorized only and processed after confirming details including delivery via email sometimes with a request to review, sign, and send your invoice back to us.
Please note: Images online can be representative of the design but may not always be 100% accurate regarding dimensions and finishes. Please Ask A Question from any product page to confirm product details. In some cases, product rendering in specific finish combinations are available upon request.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of being placed online. Due to the customized nature of most orders, we often request a signed receipt of deposit once a special order is placed. After the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, refunds are offered at our sole discretion.
Please note: product images are not always representative of the finish options selected on the product page. Images do not exist for each variation of a product. Finish thumbnails are available either on page or by request. In some cases, renderings can be provided upon request. Contact us for more info.
Refunds
Orders may be non-returnable after the cancelation window has passed. In the event that your particular case allows us to offer a refund and return, the shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer and all returns must be in condition they arrived and in the original packaging. Restocking and processing fees may apply up to 25% of the purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse all refund requests after the 72 hour cancellation window has passed, however we promise to work with you based on the unique circumstance of your order to pursue a viable solution.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange, send us an email at info@tradesourcefurniture.com with photos of the defective or damaged area. We suggest you do not reject a delivery upon arrival without documenting photos first, return delivery fees and restocking fees directed by the manufacturer may result.
Shipping
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once approved however, we will arrange to pick up and return logistics. Depending on where you live, the time it may take will vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
