Frode Sleeper Sofa with Arms

Hi! I live in a Brooklyn apartment with a narrow staircase and am worried about the couch being able to fit up the stairs. Do you usually have an issue delivering this couch? I’ve read that they come flat-packed and semi disassembled. Do you happen to know the dimension of the biggest piece? Thanks!

The biggest piece is going to be the sofa seat base at 79" x 35". It should fit no problem. We have been delivering all over NY with an experinced team. In fact, if you put your order through we'll include White Glove delivery. This means a 2 person team will bring it in and install it for you. Yes, with your address we can send you samples. Custom colors require a 16-18 week lead time and are not returnable.

Hi, I want to order the Frode or Malloy sofa with a desired delivery before 11/23. Three questions... 1. If I order a "quick ship" sofa by Monday, November 6, when would be the expected delivery? 2. On the Innovation Living site, the Malloy sofa cushions are listed as a "feather mix". The Frode sofa cushions are listed as 100% "fiberfill." Can you please provide a compare and contrast of the two different cushion fills? Additionally, what does "feather mix" mean? What is it mixed with? 3. Lastly, recognizing that different styles have differing sleeping comfort, would you recommend the topper for both models for a comfortable sleeping experience? Thanks so much for your help. If you order Monday, you will certainly receive the sofa before Nov 23. Ultimately, delivery time will depend on your location and level of delivery service. These sofas can arrive curbside on a pallet (fastest) or white glove. With your delivery address, we can advise if white glove would still arrive on time.
The Frode sofa cushions are going to be firmer which is nice if you prefer to sit more upright. The Malloy will have a more sink in type feel with the feather mix. Feather mix literally means a feather / fibre composition. It still consists of some fibre fill to help hold its shape, but the cushions will require some care if you prefer it to restore its shape after sitting.
Both models have the same sleeping surface.They will be comfortable enough to sleep on as is, however, our customers who have added the mattress pad have always enjoyed having the option for additional comfort.

Hi, I have an apartment in San Francisco. The Front Door is 33 inches by 82 inches. The door into my apartment is 35 inches by 78 inches and the hall width is 36 inches. It is a tight turn to get the sofa in. I'm looking for something for 96 inches or less in length by 36-43 inches in width. Do you think this sofa could get into my old victoria building?

Hi, I'm between the Frode and the Playground. Would the playground fit my San Francisco Apartment? Which one is more comfortable if a guest visits? Thank you!

The Playground is the most popular piece in our entire collection, by far. You'll enjoy it as a sofa, day bed, or guest bed. It will take up considerably more floor space, but if it fits at 45" you'll love having it. If you prefer to free up the space until the guests arrive, you'll enjoy the Frode. Hope this helps!

I'm trying to decide between the Frode or maybe another couch with an actual mattress like the Eivor or Vilander. Can you speak to the comfort level of the 3 couches and whether or not a fitted sheet can go over the Frode when it's laid out? And if I buy a mattress topper, do I have to store it somewhere when the Frode is being used more like a couch? Thanks!

A fitted sheet will fit over the Frode and yes, you would need to store the mattress topper elsewhere when it is a sofa. We'd say the Vilander would be the best all around option. You won't need a topper with Vilander, although you can always add one later if you want. The Eivor mattress certainly makes it a comfortable sleeping option, but the Vilander will be the nicest combination of both sofa nad bed. Hope this helps!
