What is the lead time for a DellaRobbia sofa?
We normally quote 6-8 weeks lead time with white glove delivery in California included!
What is the DellaRobbia warranty?
DellaRobbia offers a limited lifetime warranty on frame construction only. A one-year warranty is offered on all other materials, movable mechanisms or fixtures (excluding fabrics and leathers). This warranty is null and void when merchandise is being used in a commercial setting. DellaRobbia reserves the right to repair any product considered to be a manufacturer’s defect.
Since manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not warranty against shrinkage, stretching, color fastness, wearability or adverse reaction to stain repellent treatments, we are unable to consider adjustments, claims, or credits for fabrics.
As all fabrics have varying characteristics and can stretch (creating puddling) and or show surface wear (creating piling, etc). Dellarobbia is not responsible for claims regarding fabric wear & tear, as it is subject to specific use and or environment. It is the responsibility of the consumer to select fabric appropriate to the intended usage and environment. We've written a bit about this in our post Best Sofa Fabrics for Dogs, Cats, Kids and the Inevitable Red Wine Spill.
If fabric treatment is desired, it is recommended that covers be removed from any feather and down cushions prior to treatment and allowed to dry thoroughly before being reapplied. Some fabrics also have a natural tendency to shade with either light changes or angles. This is inherent with many quality fabrics and should not be considered abnormal.
How do I clean this fabric on my sofa?
It is extremely important to pre-test your cleaning method on a hidden area of the fabric to determine if the color(s) bleed or if the fabric shrinks. When in doubt, seek help from professional upholstery cleaner.
To obtain the most satisfaction from your furniture, give immediate attention to spots and establish a weekly routine for vacuuming of all your upholstered furniture.
The following symbols should serve as your primary guideline in applying any of the cleaning or spot removal suggestions. To prevent overall soil, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended. Please keep in mind that these guidelines were established by the National Association of Furniture Manufacturers, the Southern Furniture Manufacturer’s Association and the National Retail Furniture Association after meeting with a group of Upholstery Mill Technicians.

Should I use Scotchgard or other to protect my sofa fabric?
There has been much concern by fabric suppliers regarding the use of fabric protectors. Many of today’s fabrics are already treated and the use of these protectors may cause premature seam slippage, fabric discoloration, color bleeding, etc. Therefore, Dellarobbia will not assume any responsibility for damages caused by the use of such products. When in doubt as to if a fabric is treated, please contact the factory.
