Unfurl Lounger Sofa Bed

hello, worried about this fitting in a door way i presume that it would come in a couple different pieces right? so assembling and disassembling/ transporting it would be fairly easy?

We do get this question a lot but at delivery we have never had an issue fitting one of these sofas inside. The upholstered seat part of the Unfurl Sofa comes complete as one piece measuring 55" x 79" then you add the metal frame and legs inside. It should fit no problem. Please let us know if you would like more info!

What are the dimensions?

The sleeping surface is 79" x 55". As a sofa: 79" wide x 47" deep x 30" high x 14" seat height. I've added a pic of the dimensions here that is also viewbale on the product page.

Can you show me how the couch unfolds? Is the fabric (burnt Orange) stain resistant? Is it appropriate for commercial use (short term rentals)? Thanks, Daniel

Yes, the fabric has a 60,000 Martindale rating suitable for commercial use. Stain resistance is primarily a function of how quickly you dry a spill. This fabric will hold up as well as any. If stains do occur it is important to spot clean with limited moisture.

You can see a video of the couch unfolding at Innovation Living. It clicks in place in both an upright, and lounging location. The back will then release when pulled forward and lay flat.

Is it accurate that the footprint of the Unfurl Lounger is 48”? I am looking for a convertible sofa for a small office/guest room. This seems quite deep. If placed in the middle of the room, do the metal legs stick out?

The Unfurl is 79" x 47" when flat. As a sofa, the metal supports align with the top of the seat back but they do stick out from the bottom of the sofa. These view is seen HERE in this diagram.
