How do you lock and unlock height
There is a lever on the side that is easily accessible and allows you to unlock and move the table. Releasing the lever locks the table back in place. Let us know if you would like more info!

What is the exact measurements of the table top in the small and large/expanded configuration? What are the three lowest heights that it can be set to? Is it stable at all the seven heights?
Yes, it locks in and is absolutely stable at each height. The heights range from 17" to 29.5" and lock approximately every 2.5". The tabletop measures 43.375" x 29.625" while closed and 43.375" x 59.125" when opened.
